Bill has taught more than 100 workshops for women and
men of all walks of life. Workshops are hands-on with
typically between five and seven participants

  • Footings

  • Mixing and using cement

  • Dressing stones with hammer
    and chisel  

  • Hard line design

  • The art of building a wall with
    natural stone

  • Curing and after care

Students are asked to come
prepared for rain or shine, bring
a lunch, water to drink and
personal safety gear:

  •  heavy work gloves
  •  safety goggles
  •  knee pads
  •  heavy work boots   

Bill provides the tools and
materials needed to  build a
natural stone wall.
Bill encourages participants to realize their potential in
developing the skills they need to create beautiful
stonework at their own homes.
